My Performance Coaching program is custom-made for those who aim to enhance their performance in sports. If your focus leans more towards overall health improvement and lifestyle modifications, or if your objectives go beyond competitive sports, I encourage you to delve into My PERSONAL TRAINING section to discover services that might better suit your needs.
My Performance Coaching services are diverse and crafted to match your unique requirements:
One-on-One Personal Coaching: Experience personalized attention and guidance with My limited-space one-on-one coaching. I maintain a select client list to ensure the most effective coaching experience.
Virtual Coaching: With the use of emails, video calls, and phone calls, My coaching services can be completely virtual. Training plans are delivered via Training Peaks, Coach Me+, and/or Commit Swimming. All app and platform fees are included in the training costs.
In-Person Coaching: Get the same benefits as the Virtual plan, but with all in-person training. This service is available within a 20-mile radius (discussions are open for greater distances with an added cost).
Hybrid Coaching: Enjoy the best of both worlds, a blend of virtual and in-person coaching tailored to your lifestyle and training needs.
Standalone Training Plan: This is perfect for experienced athletes who lack time to design their plans.
Group/Team Training: A fantastic option for a group or a team training for the same event or race.
Event-Specific Training: Benefit from customized training plans that range from 12 to 52 weeks, delivered in 4-week blocks. This can be integrated with any mode listed under One-on-One Personal Coaching or purchased as a standalone training plan.
